2 p.m. -- Gamboa vs. Akari

4 p.m. -- Che’Lu vs. JRU

AKARI-Adamson tries to join Zark’s Burgers-Lyceum of the Philippines University in second place as
it plays Gamboa Coffee Mix-St. Clare today in the PBA D-League Aspirants’ Cup at the Ynares Sports

Tip off is at 2 p.m.
Coach Franz Pumaren isn’t putting too much thought on the Falcons’ back-to-back wins as he
continues to discover able pieces in his squad.
“We still have a lot of hard work to do. I’m stressing that we’ve only been together for one

Akari vaulted to solo third with a 3-1 card after tripping Che’Lu Bar and Grill-San

Definitely, the Falcons are not taking the Coffee Lovers lightly.
Gamboa clobbered Jose Rizal University, 93-76, last Monday for its second win in three

for coach Jinino Manansala.
With Jerie Pingoy finally playing, he and Jerrick Ahanmisi will provide stability in the
guard position for the Falcons.
Jonathan Espeleta  and Cameroonian center Papi Sarr will also be the vital cogs for Akari.
The Bombers and the Revellers collide in the day’s other game at 4 p.m.
Hoping to arrest a two-game slide, JRU has acquired Marlon Gomez to boost its frontline
while also activating Abdul Sawat and 6-foot-2 rookie Aaron de Guzman in the roster.
Ervin Grospe has under the weather for a week, which added more problems for young Bombers
coach Gio Lasquety.
Che’Lu, sporting a 2-3 card, hopes to be consistent to move up in the upper half of the
