Pusher killed, 9 held in Pampanga anti-drug ops

CAMP Olivas, Pampanga -- A suspected drug pusher was killed while nine others were arrested in a series of police operations in different parts of the province the other day.

In a report to Police Regional Office 3 director Chief Supt. Amador Corpus, the Pampanga Provincial Police Office identified the slain suspect as Earl Christian Montilla, of Baliuag, Bulacan.

The suspect was killed after he allegedly drew and fired his gun towards the policemen during a buy-bust operation in San Simon.

A cal. .22 revolver and a sachet of shabu were recovered from his body.

In Candaba town, police arrested Cesar delos Reyes, 53, and King Nino Sangalang, 26, in an anti-drug operation.

Other suspected drug pushers arrested in separate buy-bust operations included Alfie Galang, 38, in Mexico town; Macklein Regarde, 25, in Bacolor; Rommel Marolos, 28, in City of San Fernando; Crisanto Enriquez, 28, and Jenny Revilla, 39, in Floridablanca; and Mary Rose Miclat, 33, in Porac town.

In Mabalacat City, a drug peddler from Manila identified as Hanna Jane Sison, 23, was arrested in a buy-bust operation. Five sachets of shabu and the P500 marked bill were recovered from him
