PROVINCIAL Capitol, Trece Martires City, Cavite -- Vice Gov. Ramon ‘Jolo’ Revilla III of Nationalist People’s Coalition (NPC), together with three congressmen candidates, are running in the province based on the certificate list of candidate released by Cavite Comelec Office after the last day of filing of certificates of candidacy (CoCs) on Wednesday.
The Cavite Provincial Election supervisor identified the candidates considered virtual winners in May 13, 2019 local elections as reelectionists Vice Gov. Ramon ‘Jolo’ Revilla III, who is seeking his third and final term, Congressman Strike Revilla of the second district; Cong. Alex ‘AA’ Advincula of the third district and Cong. Luis ‘Jon Jon’ Ferrer IV of the sixth district of the province.
Strike is seeking his second term as congressman of lone district of Bacoor City, while Cong. AA Advincula and Cong. Jon Jon Ferrer are in their third and last terms, respectively as representatives of lone district of Imus and newly-formed lone district of General Trias City.
“Sa lahat po ng aking mga ka-distrito sa Lungsod ng General Trias, lubos po akong nagpapasalamat sa inyong lahat sa walang sawa ninyong pagsuporta at pagmamahal,” Cong. Ferrer said in an interview.
“Your trust and love is overwhelming, mga kababayan. The best and only way I can repay you is by giving you the kind of public service we all deserve -- transparency and consistent,” Cong. Strike said.
Also running unopposed are reelectionists Cavite sixth district Board Member Felix ‘Jango’ Grepo, on his third term, and Cavite Councilor’s League (CCL) Federation President and Ex-Officio Provincial BM Kerby Salazar, BM candidate in the sixth district.
