Computer shop owner dies in clash

A 30-year-old computer shop owner was killed in an armed encounter with the elements of Biñan police
while implementing a search warrant for violation of illegal possession of firearms, explosive and
ammunition in Ph4, Southville, Bgy. Langkiwa, Biñan City, Monday morning.

Supt. Reydante Ariza, Biñan City police chief, identifed the fatality as Niño Molato Udon,
single, of Ph4 Southville, Biñan City.
Udon was declared dead on arrival at Ospital ng Biñan.
Reports said that at  5:15 a.m., police operatives were about to serve a search warrant issued
by Executive Judge Agripino Morga, of RTC Branch 29-31 Fourth Judicial Region, San Pablo City, for
violation of RA 10591 to the suspect when he allegedly fired at the officers, who returned fire,
hitting him.
Recovered at the crime scene were a cal. .45 with magazine loaded with two live ammunition,
six fired cartridge cases for cal. 9mm, four fired cartridge cases and two deformed fired bullets for
cal. .45.
