ANGELES City -- Operatives of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Group (CIDG) here arrested over the weekend two men and a woman wanted by the court for various cases, including theft, acts of lasciviousness and carnapping.

Senior Insp. Arvin Hosmillo, CIDG-Angeles City head, said the arrested suspects -- Jeorge Babingao, 37, Romulo Balinquit, 31, and Diana Parrish, 32 -- have pending warrants when arrested by lawmen.

Babingao, of Bgy. Dau in nearby Mabalacat City, had a warrant issued by Regional Trial Court Branch 59 for acts of lasciviousness with a recommended bail of P36,000.

Balinquit, from Bgy. Balibago, was wanted by RTC Branch 60 with recommended bail of P180,000 for a carnapping case.

CIDG records show that Balinquit is allegedly a member of the Arceo Criminal Group involved in carnapping, motornapping and drug trafficking in this city and nearby localities.

Parrish, of Bgy. Sto. Cristo, had an arrest warrant issued by the RTC Branch 58 for qualified theft.

She was arrested by CIDG-Angeles City operatives at the Angeles University Foundation Medical Center by virtue of a warrant issued by the court with recommended bail of P48,000.

Hosmillo said his office was tasked by the regional CIDG to continue serving warrants issued by the court against persons with pending cases.
