BACOOR City, Cavite -- About one kilo of shabu was seized from four high-value targets during a buy-bust operation here Sunday, Supt. Vicente Cabatingan, local police chief, said.
The suspects, identified as Abdul Karim Palti Mustapha, alias Abdul; Abdul Bayan Uday Usop, alias Bayan; Baraguir Zainal Kalikod, alias JP; and Renie Baguinaid Kendayo, all HVTs of Cavite PNP, were collared by joint personnel of Bacoor police under Chief Insp. Ruben Ballera Jr., chief Intel and Drug Enforcement Unit (DEU) Section, PDEA-Cavite and PDEA-ARMM in anti-illegal drug operations in Unit B, Block 13, Lot 22, Almaciga St., Phase 2 Central, Bgy. Molino III.
Confiscated from the four suspects were 18 heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing about one kilogram with an estimated street value of P6,800,000, P1,000 bill and P1,300,000 boodle money used in the operation.
In Dasmariñas City, in line with Project Double Barrel, three drug personalities, identified as Celso Ariola Enriquez, 42, of Malinta, Bgy. Sampaloc 2; Eulogio Ardales Olano, 40, of V. Reyes, Silang, and Josie Jeonzon Quilopes, 31, of Sitio Malinta, Sampaloc 2, were arrested by Dasma DEU during buy-bust operation in Bgy. Samapaloc 2 on Sept. 25, 2018.
Confiscated were an improvised glass tooter; six heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets of suspected shabu weighing nine grams with street value of P61,200 and P300 in buy-bust money. Recovered from Enriquez were a Shooters cal. .45 pistol with serial number M01134494, a magazine with three live ammo for the gun.
Charges for violation of RA 9165 and RA 10591 will be filed before the City Prosecutor’s Office of Dasmariñas City against Enriquez, Olano and Quilopes.
