2 teen studes found floating in Biñan river

TWO male teenagers, believed to have drowned while swimming, were found floating in the river in Bgy.
Prinsa Timbao, Biñan City, on Sunday afternoon.

Supt. Reydante Ariza, Biñan City police chief, said the victims were identified as Brean Kurt
Porlay Pasamba, 15, and James Flores Alapitan, 17, both Grade 10 students and residents of Block 11,
Lot 2, St. Joseph Village Southville 5, Bgy. Prinsa Timbao.
Investigation conducted by the Biñan police revealed that the two dead bodies were found at
about 2 p.m. Sunday by some residents of the barangay.
Police said Pasamba and Alapitan left their homes with a pretext that they would attend a
birthday celebration with friends on Saturday.
They said that at about 4 p.m., the victims went swimming in the river. However, the following
day at about 1 p.m., residents discovered the bodies of the two teenage boys floating in the river.
Police requested Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) to conduct an investigation into the
death of the two teen students.
