12 held for shabu, illegal gambling in Pampanga

CITY of San Fernando, Pampanga -- A dozen suspected drug pushers, including the top seven wanted
drug personality of Mabalacat City, were apprehended in police operations all over the province the
other day.

Senior Supt. Joel Consulta, Pampanga police acting director, identified the ranking drug
personality as Aladin de Leon, 39, of Bgy. Dau, Mabalacat City.
The suspect was arrested in Greenville Subdivision in this capital city after selling P500
worth of shabu to a poseur-buyer. Confiscated from his possession were five sachets of shabu.
Also arrested was one Erwin Mallari, 41, of Bgy. Calulut, who sold P500 worth of shabu to a
poseur-buyer and yielded six plastic sachets of the illegal substance.
In Bacolor town, police arrested Wendell Bautista, 30, and Juan Paolo Del Rosario, 32, both
from this capital city, for selling shabu. Confiscated from them were three sachets of shabu.
In Mabalacat City, police arrested seven suspects for violation of anti-drug and anti-
gambling laws. They were Sabado Fernandez, 38, Allan Garcia, 38, Nilo Medina, 48, Renan Lansangan,
22, Nomer Bautista, 39, Ninoy Fernandez, 29, and Junior Mendoza, 24.
Consulta said the operations were conducted after proper coordination with the Philippine
Drug Enforcement Agency. Appropriate charges will be filed against the suspects.
