A nearly full-grown fetus was found dumped behind a condominium building in Paco, Manila yesterday
Investigator SPO1 Joseph Kabigting of the Manila Police District-Homicide Section said the
male fetus, which is estimated to be between seven and eight months old, was placed inside a
transparent plastic bag when found at around 7:15 a.m. at the corner of Peñafrancia St. and Quirino
Extension in Paco, Manila.
A certain Rogelio Resuin was reportedly walking in the area when he noticed the said plastic
bag. Upon taking a closer look, he saw the fetus inside and immediately informed Michael Regalado, the
security guard of the Maple Tower, who, in turn, reported the matter to the barangay.
Police are investigating the matter in the hope of identifying the one who threw the said
