TWO more drug suspects were killed, right before the terrified eyes of their kids, by motorcycle-riding suspected members of the so-called Deadly Death Squad (DDS), yesterday in Pasay City.

First to be shot dead was Rolando Almojela, 40, a construction worker, of Tramo St., Bgy. 48, Pasay City. He was just standing in front of his house with his 8-year-old son when shot dead by six gunmen riding three motorcycles at 9 p.m.. He sustained several gunshot wounds in the body.

Police said the gunmen immediately sped away when Almojela fell dead to the ground, leaving the victim’s son unharmed but obviously shocked and terrified seeing his father slumped dead on the ground.

Police said the suspects left a placard beside the victim’s body which read “Marami pa ang susunod na mamamatay, umiwas na kayo sa droga.”

After some 10 minutes, an alleged illegal drug runner, Andi Parpan, 38, also of Tramo St., Bgy. 43, was shot dead apparently by the six gunmen riding three motorcycles.

A CCTV footage showed that Parpan was talking to some friends at the corner of an alley on Tramo St., while his 8-year-old daughter was seated inside a pedicab parked nearby when the suspects suddenly appeared and fired at Parpan successively.

Parpan tried to run away but fell dead when hit by a hail of bullets.

The gunmen then sped away while Parpan’s daughter alighted from the pedicab and hysterically cried seeing her father already dead.
