JESSIE Santos, national president of Public Commuters Motorists Alliance (PCMA), yesterday urged all concerned to be responsible drivers following another vehicular incident yesterday morning in Kamuning and EDSA, Quezon City.

Police said the car of one Miles Frederick Que turned turtle at the northbound of Kamuning and EDSA.
Que was slightly injured in the mishap but has been declared out of danger. He reportedly  admitted that he fell asleep while driving resulting in the incident.
“Take a rest first and be sure you are 100% physically and emotionally fit before driving. Buhay ang nakataya dito,” he added.
