Kapatiran sa Industriya Award was established in 2005 by the Employers Confederation of the Philippines. This is a recognition to companies that exemplify a strong partnership between labor and management in promoting Industrial Peace, Quality and Productivity, Social Accountability, and Strategic Visioning and Partnering for Business Growth and Job Generation.
Entry to the Kapatid award is not an easy process. Companies go through various screening process from documentation, to panel interview. A total of 13 companies participated during the initial screening and it was narrowed down to 10 finalists and underwent to another interview. It was an honor and pride of REPI to be chosen as one of the finalists in Kapatid Award.
