Processed foods, ice cream-making seminar set

The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on meat and fish processing combined with ice cream making. This will be held at the UPIS, Integrated School Bldg, A. Maria Rigidor St., cor. Quirino Ave.,  University of the Philippines  Diliman, Quezon on Saturday, July 8 from 10 a.m to 6 p.m.

In this seminar, participants will get to experience how to make commercial siomai,  pork chicharon, chicken inasal, chicken and pork ham,  lechon manok, tocino, different kinds of longganisa (skinless, vigan, lucban) bacon, chinese sausage, peking duck,  embutido deluxe, pork quekiam, burger patties, beef tapa, fish ball, spanish and tomato sardine, tinapa, tuyo (dried fish) pork and bangus sisig, squid ball, corned beef, chicken galantina,  and as a bonus course participants will also learn fish deboning, how to make sauces for siomai,  and many more.
