Pizza, shawarma-making in one seminar set

The Golden Treasure Skills and Development Program will conduct a one-day seminar on how to make different kinds of pizza and also how to make shawarma. This will be held at the UPIS Integrated School Bldg., University of the Philippines  Diliman, Quezon City on Saturday May 6 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The participants will get to learn through demo and hands on the different kinds of pizza crust  making wether it's thin crust, thick,  pan pizza and pinoy pizza as well. Participants will get to expereince  how  to make  different types of  sauces and toppings too.  Such as italian, pinoy style,  including the famous pang masa pizza, laing pizza, sisig pizza, pesto pizza, stuffed crust pizza and make your own topping pizza

And of course participants will also get to learn how to make shawarma together with garlic sauce, tahini sauce, as well as hummus and pita bread will also be taught at the seminar.

Aside from the pizza and shawarma making,  participants will also get to learn  the safety and sanitation, familiarity to equipment, utensils,  ingredients and costing. These will be a very helpful tips  particularly for those who want to venture into the pizza and shawarma business.

Participants will also receive a certificate of training right after the seminar. There will be a food tasting  of the finished  products. Lunch and snack will be served, handouts, and all the raw materials for hands on will be provided. This seminar is open to everyone particularly to those who want to venture into the pizza  and shawarma making business.
