“Kung may 10 Heidi Asuelo, 100 Heidi Mendoza na handang i-report sa boss niya na ang taumbayan na ninanakawan kayo, ’wag kayong panlabuan ng mata ’pag may suhol. Ito ang tapat na serbisyo,” the President said.

The President commended this year’s Outstanding Commission on Audit (COA) Employee awardees for fulfilling their mandate.
