Pusher collared in San Pablo

A 47-year-old suspected drug pusher included in the “high-value target” of the Philippine National Police was nabbed, along with her daughter and four others, during an illegal drug operation by intel operatives in ADB Subd., Bgy. Del Remedio, San Pablo City, Sunday afternoon.

A report submitted to acting Laguna PNP police director Senior Supt. Joel Pernito by Supt. Raynold Rosero, city police chief, identified the suspects as Dennis Mamangon Huelgas, alias Dennis, his daughter Kristine Marie Llamzon Huelgas, 21, both of ADB Subd.; Maria Roselle Cabrera Ticzon, alias Half, 26, of Villongco Subd., Bgy. III-D; Emerson Mallari Demesa, alias Mata, 42, Ronaldo Reyes Balcita and John Luis Mercado Huelgas, 23, all of San Pablo City.
According to Rosero, the elder Huelgas is reportedly number 5 in the drug watchlist of the city and a brother of a retired police colonel.
During the raid at 4:30 p.m. led by Senior Insp. Alma Gapunuan, police seized from the suspects six sachets of suspected shabu weighing .18 gram with a street value of P1,800, three pieces of P100 in buy-bust money and assorted drug paraphernalia.
