SAN Jose City, Nueva Ecija -- A lady dentist was robbed of her mobile phone inside her clinic by an unidentified man who posed as a patient and even used her comfort room here last Thursday.

City police commander Supt. Reynaldo SG. dela Cruz identified the victim as Dr. Boots Palacio, 35, single, of Zone 9, St. Cecilia Village, Bgy. Bar 1st, this city.

She went to the police to complain that the theft incident occurred inside the BHP Dental Clinic on A.O. Pascual St., Bgy. F.E. Marcos, at 11 a.m.

Dela Cruz said the dentist left her Samsung S7 mobile phone on her table inside the clinic and went to a nearby store. However, when she came back, she discovered her Samsung S7 was already missing.

The dentist’s secretary, Melody Grace Legazpi, 30, married, of Sitio Tanibong, Zone 10, Bgy. Abar 1st, said an unidentified man came inside to inquire and then later left after using their comfort room.

Dela Cruz said the dentist’s boyfriend, identified as Mayirick Tomas, then called up her mobile phone and a man, who introduced himself as Bernie Perez, replied and told him to meet him up at the nearby Magic Mall to get back the said stolen phone.
However, the suspect did not show up at the said place.
