Ayon kay Yasay, tagapagsalita ng Banco Filipino, nakababahala ang ginagawang umano’y pagmamalabis ng BSP na ang mga opisyal ay kinabibilangan ng mga appointee ni dating Pangulong Arroyo.
Posible raw kasi ‘yung makaapekto sa buong banking industry sa bansa na maaari namang maglagay sa alanganin sa ating ekonomiya.
Lumalabas daw kasi na kung may gustong puntiryahing bangko ang BSP ay madali nila iyong nagagawa sa pamamagitan ng panggigipit.
Bunsod niyon, nangangamba si Yasay na tuluyan nang mawalan ng kumpyansa o tiwala ang mga depositor o publiko sa sistema ng pagbabangko.
Nakapagtataka aniya kung paanong naihahayag ng BSP na mismanaged ang Banco Filipino gayong ang BF ay nasa ilalim ng kontrol at direktiba ng BSP sa pamamagitan ng itinalaga nilang comptroller na nag-aapruba sa programa at pondong pinaggagamitan ng BF.
Una rito, mariing itinanggi ng Banco Filipino na sangkot sila sa pyramiding scheme taliwas sa paratang ng BSP.
