MORE than 200 athletes and coaches are taking part in the ISAC Sports Conference scheduled Jan. 19-21 at the Brent International School in Baguio City.
Hosted by Brent International School-BAguio City, headed by athletic director Mike Mclean and sanctioned by the Basketball Association of the Philippines-Cordillera Autonomous Region (BAP-CAR), thru John Utsig, the three-day event will be participated in by eight international schools from Manila, Subic, Cebu, Davao and Baguio.
“We’re inviting sports fans in Baguio and other neighboring cities to come and watch the games,” said Mclean.
The sports to be disputed are boys’ soccer and girls’ basketball.
Utsig said the participating teams are Southville International School, Brent International School, European International School, Cebu International School, Faith Academy Mindanao, Brent-Manila and Brent- Subic.
The tournaments are being held three times a year and each school takes its turn in hosting a tournament.
