Louise insecure of Sarah?

SARAH Lahbati is surprised by reports that Enzo Padilla and Louise de los Reyes broke up because Louise got jealous of her closeness to Enzo. At the launch of “Kokak,”  which starts airing this afternoon, she clarified that she and Enzo are just good friends. On cam, she said Louise has nothing to be jealous about.

At the presscon of “The Road,”  the GMA Films suspense-thriller to be shown on November 30, Louise was asked about this and it’s obvious she was annoyed by it. “Hindi na niya dapat sinabing huwag akong magselos,” she said. “Sana talaga, hindi na lang niya sinabi. Kasi, nasa isip yata niyang pinagseselosan ko talaga siya. Alam ko naman kung ano ang akin, so bakit ako mai-insecure sa kanya?”

Obviously, she’s not good friends with Sarah. “Hindi kami close, hindi rin kami buddies, but civil naman kami sa isa’t isa.” Writers remarked that since Louise was launched as Alakdana and Sarah as a Frog, then it’s a case of scorpion versus frog.

At the launch of Profiles Magazine featuring GMA Artist Center stars, Louise and Enzo came together to prove the rumor they’ve broken up is not true. Enzo, whose show “Time of My Life” is ending this week, is now in the US to watch the Pacquiao fight. Louise is busy not only with “The Road” but also taping “Sundo.” She’s paired with Alden Richards in both projects. “Pero sa ‘The Road’ po, hindi kami love team kundi magkaaway kami,” she adds.

NO RECONCILIATION

AFTER being together for a month in Palawan for “Survivor Philippines,” Geneva Cruz is very vocal in saying there was no reconciliation between her and ex-husband KC Montero.

“He was the one who convinced me to join this pero wala pong balikan o anumang rekindling of romance na naganap,” she says. “But KC and I are good friends. My son Heaven and he remain very close. We were married in the States and we plan to work on our divorce soon.”

Didn’t they join “Survivor” to give their relationship another chance? “No. We joined it because we both want to win the P3 million prize,” says Geneva who’s called the Drama Queen because of her breakdown scenes in the show where she even pushed the camera away in one instance.

FEMALE DJ WILLING TO TRY EVERYTHING

ANGELI Copter and Jackie Forster were paired in “Survivor Philippines” as they’re both young moms. Jackie was not at the show’s launch as she had to go  to the U.S. for the anniversary of her grandparents, so Angeli was solo at the presscon. Born on Dec. 31, 1983, she got married when she was 23. She has a 2-year old son and is now separated from her husband. She has a German dad and a Pinay mom. “I was born here and my full maiden name is Angelica Morales Schmeing,” she says. “My ex naman is a Cruz. I became Angelicopter when I called DJ Mo sa radio show niya. I made a joke about the helicopter sex position and it stuck. But I want to make it clear I’ve never tried it, huh. Now, regular DJ na rin ako sa Magic 89.9 and now I also do sports coverage for Sports 5 and courtside reports sa PBA. I took the audition for ‘Survivor’, pati psychological tests, and I passed it. Since requirement na may manager ka before they sign you up, I got Tita Annabelle Rama to manage me.”

She was with cager Ali Peek the night he was shot. “We came from the gym. Hinatid niya ako sa car than he went to his car. Nakaalis na ako when he was shot. May nag-twit lang sa’kin about what happened. I thought first it was a bad joke, but I went straight na to Medical City where he was taken. He’s okay now.”

Why was she linked to Manny Pacquiao? “I got to interview him twice, but not solo, marami akong kasabay. Then I had some boxing with him. Tapos biglang na-link na lang ako. Nakakahiya nga sa misis niya as we’re both Belo endorsers. May tsismis pang kinonfront daw ako ni Ms. Jinkee, which isn’t true at all.”

Is she willing to try acting? “Why not? I’m willing to try anything, given the chance.”

“Survivor Celebrity Doubles Showdown” starts airing tonight on GMA7.

RACHELLE ANN INVITES EX-BF'S SISTER

WILL Rachelle Ann Go invite ex-BF’s Christian Bautista, Gab Valenciano and John Prats to watch her first Broadway musical, Disney’s “The Little Mermaid”? “We have no communication but the show is open to all so they’re most welcome na manood nito,” she says. “I’ll be proud na ipapanood ito to anyone as our directors, Bobby Garcia and Chari Arespacochaga are both meticulous they made sure everything in it is perfect. Kami pala ni Camille (John’s sister), we text and she said she’d watch it.”

Rachelle will be singing the show’s famous hits, “Part of Your World” and “Beyond My Wildest Dreams”, but she’ll do her own version which is higher and more difficult to perform.  In the play, she agrees to lose her voice for the man she loves. Is she willing to do that in real life? “Ay, hindi ko yata kayang e-give up my voice kasi gift yun sa’kin ni God. I don’t think I can do that for my own personal reasons.”

She’s very proud to star in a super-production like “Little Mermaid.” “The sets and costumes are just spectacular. Ginastusan talaga, fusing Eastern and Western elements to represent two disparate worlds. It’ll be a great visual treat for everyone.” For tickets, call Atlantis Productions at 892-7078, 840-1187.

ALDEN HAS ONLY TWO DIALOGUES IN MOVIE

ALDEN Richards considers 2011 as the most unforgettable year in his life. “This is the year that I auditioned for ‘Alakdana’ at nakuha ako agad as one of the leading men,” he says. “Then I did ‘Tween Academy’ and got positive feedback so I’m now in two new movies: ‘The Road’ where I appear in the episode of Rhian Ramos and Louise de los Reyes, and ‘Ang Panday, Ikalawang Aklat,’  where I play a member of the dragon family na secretly in love kay Marian Rivera. I’ve also started taping ‘Sundo’ with Dingdong Dantes.”

He finds his role in “The Road” very challenging. “I only have two lines and after that, ‘di na ko magsasalita. Lahat, gestures na lang, eyes, facial expressions. It’s very challenging to play a psychotic role, lalo na ‘yung scenes that I torture Rhian and Louise. Game naman sila, okay raw silang masaktan. Sometimes, I get carried away kaya sorry ako ng sorry sa kanila.”

The movie is violent, something like “Texas Chain Saw Massacre,” but Alden uses Anthony Hopkins' Oscar-winning performance as Hannibal Lecter in “The Silence of the Lambs” as his peg. “He’s really scary,” he says. Isn’t he worried his fans might be alienated since he’s being built up as a matinee idol-heartthrob? “No, more than anything else, I think this is a good chance for me to show my real worth as an actor.”
