Janelle Manahan, who practically was an obscure showbiz personality before the gruesome killing of Ramgen Revilla, may just be going too far, if what I have read about her recent supposed revelations are true.
According to news reports, not only did she admit having had at least 10 videotaped sex encounters with Ramgen, but also claimed that Ramgen was hurting her for the duration of their relationship.
What’s this? Will this help her case or is she just a loose canon who enjoys the limelight even at the expense of Ramgen, who was sooo dead to defend himself from being pictured as a sex pervert and a batterer.
’Wag na din sana siya mag-iiyak tungkol sa na-upload niyang sex video dahil ginusto naman din niya pala `yun, again, if it is true that she has at least 10 of it with Ramgen.
When you agree to have something as intimate as love-making to be videotaped, the possibility of it being seen by others is always there, considering the kind of technology we have nowadays, ke sabihin pang na-delete na ’yun sa kanyang pagkakaalam o hindi. Don’t tell me ’di niya alam ’yun?
At sana din, maging leksyon naman sa ating mga kabataan, lalo na sa mga artista, ang mga ganitong uri ng pangyayari. Para kasing walang naging epekto ang Hayden Kho scandal sa mga ito.
Going back to Manahan. The public is interested to know what exactly happened on that fateful evening when Ramgen got killed and she got shot in the face, especially in the light of allegations that his own siblings were involved in the crime. Period.
Sana, dun na lang siya mag-concentrate dahil lumilihis na masyado ang kuwento. Baka sa susunod, nilalaglag na niya ang sarili niya ’di pa niya alam. Sabi nga, less talk, less mistake…

CONGRATS TO MPD AWARDEES -- I would like to thank those who sent congratulatory text messages in connection with the award bestowed on yours truly during the recent celebration of the Manila Police District’s 111th anniversary. Syempre, I share the said award with the officers and members of the Manila City Hall Reporters’ Association (MACHRA) which I happen to head as its president.
Congratulations, too, to the other civilian awardees, among them National Parks Development Committee head Juliet Villegas; Barangay Chairperson Irene Rillo; Barangay Chairwoman Sally Dy; Junior Chamber Philippine Chinese Charitable Association chairman emeritus James Dy; Junior Jaycess International president Kenneth Delbert Lim; Lester Lino, president of the Philippine Chinese Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Inc.; National Press Club president Jerry Yap and MPD Press Corps president Bening Batuigas; Barangay Chairman Arnel Angeles; Councilor Josie Siscar (5th district) and Barangay Chairperson Guia Castro.
Ditto with the PNP awardees which included Manila Traffic chief Lt. Col. Reynaldo Nava whose unit was also cited as the best district support unit; Warrant Section head C/Inspector Edgardo Carpio; City Hall Police Office chief Maj. Mar Reyes and Supt. Roderick Mariano (D5). Congratulations din sa inyong lahat!
The warmest congratulations though, goes to MPD director Chief Superintendent Alex Gutierrrez, not only for his very well-deserved and long overdue promotion from colonel to general but more so, for refurbishing and giving a new look to the marker built in honor of the fallen members of the Manila police, or those who died in the performance of duty, something not done by his predecessors (excuse me po ha, sa totoo lang tayo…).
Iba talaga ’pag true-blue na Manila police. Andu’n ang malasakit at tunay na pagmamahal sa kasamahan.
The least that MPD policemen can do is to at least respond positively to the call made by Gutierrez for them to help him erase all negative perceptions about policemen. ’Di naman siguro mahirap ibigay ’yun…
