Juico and her cohorts at PCSO

Atty. Eduardo Araullo certified in the Ombudsman that they have no pending cases when he filed the last one.  Clever, because there are pending cases which they coursed through Akbayan with Risa Hontiveros Baraquel and Gen. Danilo Lim, who was security consultant of the PCSO at the time. And other cases filed by the PCSO.

I saw the interview of Atty. Araullo on UNTV with Daniel Razon, and he really said a mouthful about  what he and the board have allegedly “found” in the records.

But if we are to believe him based on “documents” he aubmitted to the Ombudsman, his office cropped certain portions  and xeroxed them.  They are tampered documents -- intentionally, that is.

The Ombudsman must request the PCSO management now to produce the originals before making a decision, for all the original documents are in their possession in the PCSO.

On our part, we can only support our counter-affidavits with xerox copies, for we were not given access to the original records of the PCSO by Margie Juico and GM Ferdinand Rojas.

If we are to judge Margie and her cohorts in the board, including the corporate secretary Atty. Araullo, for what they did in the last case they filed with the Ombudsman before Christmas, imagine naman they cropped the documents they presented and put certain paragraphs together and xeroxed them on the PCSO stationery to make them appear “authentic”.  Imagine that.

If this bunch of immoral people can do something like that, then they are what I consider anak ng ina nila.  The defect is in the bad genes they possess, which is congenital.

To think that the corporate secretary certified them as true copy.  He can be disbarred for that.

Atty. Araullo said on UNTV last December 29 at about 6:30 p.m. that they have more cases to file against us this month based on documents  that they have “unearthed” daw.  For sure, they are still “manufacturing” the so-called documents.

When will it end?  Isn’t that forum shopping?  Instead of filing one and just adding their other pieces of “evidence,” they keep filing separate cases, on installment, hoping one of them would stick.

Common sense tells me that in their hurry to file cases to meet a certain date to please P-Noy, ini-installment nila para sabihin siguro ni P-Noy na “wow ang galing nila sa PCSO,” not knowing that after a year and a half na nila sa PCSO, ibig sabihin  ngayon lang nila “nadi-discover” when they have spent all of 18 months in the PCSO” excavating the documents from day one?

They are either stupid, incompetent or downright magicians manufacturing and tampering the documents para mapasama kami sa mata ng tao.  It’s an outright shame campaign to destroy us of the past board.

And if and when we do, it will then be our turn.

Dilatory tactic lang po ang ginagawa ni Juico and her cohorts sa amin to make you believe that they are going great guns.

Please fire them immediately for deceiving your office and for lying to you.

Read more
