ANOTHER year had passed and like in the previous years, we expect more huge challenges ahead in 2012 that will surely make us inspired, proud and sometimes afraid in overcoming these trials.
Let us use this new year to reflect on changes that we want by taking a glimpse of the past and most importantly, looking forward to the next 365 days with great hope and determination.
This New Year is a wonderful occasion to welcome new things and start fresh and forget all the bad memories that hounded us in 2011.
Aside from the traditional hugs to our loved ones and friends, we can also give ourselves a hug and make a promise that come what may, we would remain truthful to ourselves for the betterment of our lives.
I thank God -- and my loved ones for all the amazing things that happened in my life.
Truly, these wonderful blessings encourage me to remain steadfast in taking care of the good seeds so that it will grow and bear more fruits this 2012.
Last year was a good opportunity to express gratitude to all the people who touched my life, especially friends who passed away.
I am grateful about the gift of friendship and attachment that we shared during times of happiness and sorrow.
My departed friends provided not just the source of light and inspiration but strength and determination to fulfill our duties and responsibilities. Thank you for the good times, especially during “bottling session.”
But, I must admit the regrets on my part, about the lack of time of being with you guys during your days on Earth. Now, I can only dream that we could have more time to spend together even a few minutes of camaraderie.
My prayers are always with you and also to my loved ones and dear friends who are sick.
To those whom I hurt and get offended, I apologize and hoping that we could learn from the arguments we had.
Despite being cornered by a rat race in raising my family, I would try my best to spend more quality time with my loved ones and treasured people around me.
With this, we can enjoy life more despite everyday’s usual hectic and stressful workloads.
We must also maintain the high optimistic attitude of Filipinos that we can have a better 2012.
Through God’s guidance, I hope this will be a great year to all of us by allowing faith to God, love, happiness and great joys to reign supreme over anger, grudges and hatred.
I hope for the well-being, triumph, prosperity and good health of Filipinos in the coming times.
Let us laugh but be happy and forget the pains. Cheers, happy New Year to everyone.
