THE development of the three-hectare Muslim burial ground in Rodriguez, Rizal, will soon be completed as the Quezon City government has already turned over to the Rodriguez government the P5-million grant donated by the Kingdom of Bahrain for its development.
This was disclosed by Mayor Herbert Bautista as he turned over a check amounting to P2 million to Rodriguez Mayor Cecilio Hernandez for the completion of the development of the Muslim burial ground.
The said check represents the full transfer of the P5-million grant donated by the Kingdom of Bahrain in 2006 to the Muslim community of Quezon City for the development of the burial ground in the province of Rizal.
