POLICE arrested the other day the suspect in the killing of a teacher whose body was dumped in a grassy area in Victoria, Laguna.
Florencio Martin Aquino, alias Bunso, was arrested in Sitio Ilang-ilang, Bgy. San Jose, Sta. Cruz, Laguna. He was said to be the one who dumped the victim, Antonina Manese Labing, 37, public school teacher at Sta. Rosa, Laguna. in a grassy area in Bgy. Nanhaya, Victoria, last Feb. 17.
The suspect was identified by a witness who saw him dumped the victim in the area.
Investigators said the victim was last seen on board a tricycle driven by the suspect.
In a follow-up operation, cops recovered the tricycle used by the suspect in the area where he was arrested.
