MABALACAT, Pampanga – A couple living at the Camatchilles Resettlement Center was charged for allegedly forcing two minor girls and two women to pose nude and entertain foreigners on the Internet.
Agents of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Team -Pampanga rescued the “cyber sex slaves” from the house of Gemma Borja, 44, and her live-in partner Butch Dayrit, at Block 47, Phase II.
CIDT head Chief Insp. Julius Caesar Mana said the victims, whose ages are 16, 17, 19 and 22, were recruited from Tolosa, Leyte.
The raiding team arrested Borja but Dayrit managed to escape. They seized three computer units, three web cameras, a modem, a router, a rubber sex toy, and a notebook containing payment details of every nude show performed by the victims.
Borja and Dayrit were charged with violation of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act in relation to the child abuse law.
The raid was conducted after a former cyber sex worker told police that her 16-year-old sister is being detained and forced to pose nude on the web by the couple.
“Hindi po kami pinapayagang makalabas ng bahay at ang pinagagawa sa amin ay pinaghuhubad kami sa harap ng computer na may webcam at pinapanood ng mga foreigners na contact ng mag-asawa sa Internet,” the complainant said.
She said the couple would hurt them if they refused to obey.
