Base sa inisyal na imbestigasyon, dakong alas-2 ng madaling araw nang magpaputok ito ng sumpak sa harap ng Kizz Restobar dahil sa umano’y kinursunada ito ng isang lalaking kostumer din ng nabanggit na bar.
Agad na nag-report ang mga empleyado ng bar sa pulisya na nagresponde at nadakip ang suspek.
Nakumpiska mula sa suspek ang sumpak at dalawang bala ng 12-gauge shotgun, habang detinido ang suspek sa Malolos City Jail.
Samantala, dalawang lalaki ang nahuli ng mga operatiba ng Pandi na sakay ng motorsiklo na walang plate number at may dalang Smith and Wesson .38 revolver na may anim na bala sa isang checkpoint sa Bgy. Bunsuran 1st, Biyernes ng gabi.
Kinilala ni Bulacan police director Senior Supt. Fernando Mendez Jr. ang mga naaresto na sina Richard Baviera, 33, binata, residente ng Block 12, Lot 26, at Nicky Marion Gole Cruz, 26, tricycle driver at taga-Block 11, Lot 24, pawang sa Northville 5, Bgy. Batia, Bocaue, Bulacaan.
Inihahanda naman ng pulisya ang kasong isasampa laban sa mga suspek.
