A SECURITY guard shot himself dead shortly after he got into a quarrel with his girlfriend inside a school campus in Naga City last Thursday.
The victim was identified as Ryan Baldovia, 21, of Parogcan, Siruma, Camarines Sur.
Police said prior to the suicide, the victim and his girlfriend Jocelyn Hermellosa, 41, got into a spat.
Witnesses claimed the two were grappling against each other to get hold of a mobile phone.
A prober surmised their fight might have something to do with their relationship. The victim suddenly went berserk as he got hold of the phone, pulled out his service firearm and shot himself in the head. Michael Ratti, OJT
