Carnapped vehicle in Bulacan recovered in Pampanga


MALOLOS City -- Bulacan Police Provincial Office  operatives recovered a stolen vehicle which was forcibly taken from its driver a few days ago in Meycauayan City.

Senior Supt. Fernando Mendez Jr., Bulacan police director, said at about 11:10 p.m., one Ramoncito Dionisio, 51, married and a resident of Lot 34, Calle 41, Xevera Subdivision, reported to Bacolor Police Station that a vehicle was abandoned in a vacant lot at Calle 41, Block 86, Lot 36, Xevera Subdivision, Bgy. Calibotbot, Bacolor, Pampanga.

Police operatives were sent immediately to the said location and found the reported abandoned Isuzu Altera with attached plate number ZRY 152 with conduction sticker CF 3283.

Chief Insp. Jose Marie Basa, Bacolor police chief, coordinated with Mendez who directed Supt. Fitz Macariola, company commander of Bulacan Provincial Public Safety Company, to proceed to Bacolor, Pampanga, to verify the said report.

Investigation showed that last Feb. 2, 2012, the  vehicle was taken from Jose Marie Hortillosa, 63, Perla Hortillosa and Sheryl Bisnar, all residents of 145 Jade Drive corner Diamond Dave St., Francis Subdivision, Phase 1, Maycauayan City. Also divested from the victims were cash money, cellular phones and assorted pieces of jewelry.

The recovered vehicle is presently under the custody of PNP Highway Patrol Group Region 3 headed by Senior Supt. Sheldon Jacaban.
