MARILAO, Bulacan -- Isang 47–anyos na lalaki ang inaresto sa salang pamboboso sa dalagang anak ng kanyang kumpa-re sa Bgy. Lambakin, kamakailan.
Sa police report, kinilala ni Supt. Gerardo Andaya, Marilao police chief, ang suspek na si Jerry Mayonila, a.k.a. Totoy, may-asawa, ng Blk 1, Lot 2, Northville 4A, Bgy. Lambakin, Marilao, Bulacan.
Sa inisyal na imbestigas-yon, dumating ang biktima na si Jessica Bortaje, 20, sa kanilang bahay at naabutan nito ang suspek na natutulog sa sala.
Dahil batid ng biktima na kaibigan ng kanyang ama ang suspek, hinayaan niya ito sa pagkakahiga sa sofa.
Nagtungo ito sa banyo para maligo nang mapansin nito ang isang butas na parang may naninilip. Sumilip ang biktima sa butas at nakita nito si Mayonila na nakasilip din.
Agad na bumalik sa pagkakahiga ang suspek sa sala nang matunugan nito na nakita siya ng biktima.
Dali-dali namang nagbihis ang biktima at nagsumbong sa barangay na nagresulta sa pagkakahuli sa suspek na kinasuhan ng unjust vexation sa Office of the Provincial Prosecutor sa Malolos City.
