THE Mandaluyong police filed charges against security personnel of SM Megamall after they allegedly “tampered” with and alter the crime scene on the death of an 18-year-old student, who leaped to her death after being reprimanded for posting video on Facebook kissing her girlfriend on Monday.

According to Senior Supt. Joaquin Alva, Mandaluyong police chief, charges of obstruction of justice were filed yesterday before the Mandaluyong City Prosecutor’s Office against Bryan Abiso, Ericson Masirag and Jeorge Cansico, all from Combine Security Agency.
Alva said the said security personnel “tampered” the crime scene by covering with blue cloth the body of  Jessa Logo, first year BS Education student of Rizal Technological University (RTU), when she landed on the upper ground floor of the SM Megamall.
Dapat may proper handling ng body,” Alva said in an interview.
Insp. Danilo Esguerra, Mandaluyong Police Criminal Investigation chief, said Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) certified that the crime scene was tampered after they saw some changes when they arrived.
