NOVELETA, Cavite -- A team, led by Senior Insp. Danny Yasay, DCOP, under direct supervision of Chief Insp. Bryian D. Merino, chief of police, and in coordination with PDEA 4A, implemented a search warrant for Cristobal Mabuhay Almaduvar, 34, a construction worker, with live-in partner, of 121 Bgy. San Juan 2, on October 10.

Armed with search warrant No. C-746 (16) for violation of RA 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002, issued by Judge Agripino Morga, of the Regional Trial Court, fourth Judicial Region San Pablo, Laguna, the suspect was arrested.
   
During search, police recovered at the suspect’s residence four plastic sachets of suspected methamphetamine hydrochloride or shabu (.6 gram) and with estimated street value of P800 and several drug paraphernalia.
   
The suspect was brought to the station for documentation while the confiscated pieces of evidence will be brought to PNP Crime Laboratory for examination.
