3 dead, 1 hurt in Baguio gun attack

BAGUIO City -- Three died while another was wounded in a shooting incident at 10:45 p.m. yesterday on Quirino Highway at 3M Carwash,  San Roque Village, Baguio City.

Police identified the victims as Rudy Pagaduan Pais, married, a native of Santa Cruz, Ilocos Sur, stay-in car wash boy, who was declared dead on arrival at 12:27 a.m. yesterday by attending physician Dr. Rajiv Laoagan of Baguio General Hospital and Medical Center (BGHMC); Roland Valdez, single, car wash boy, of Asin Road, Baguio City, who died on the spot, according to Dr. Rodrigo Leal, Baguio City Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) team leader; Mark Angelo Chuca Calma, 32, married, jobless, of 23 San Roque Village, Baguio City, who is at BGHMC operating room; and an unidentified man with tattoo on the right shoulder marked “XV GUARDIANS L LAR MAITE,” who also died on the spot.

Responding personnel of Baguio City Police Station 1 and SOCO-Baguio recovered three cartridge cases  and slugs for cal. .45. A CCTV installed at the vicinity is now being reviewed by the police to establish lead or leads.
