A MAN believed to be a victim of summary execution was found dead in Binondo, Manila yesterday, with a placard tied around his neck that read ‘holdupper at pusher ako.’

The victim was estimated to be between 40 and 45 years old, about 5’7” tall and with the names ‘Jenny’, ‘Jeddah’, ‘Anthony’, ‘Cinco’, ‘Sacay’, ‘Mar’ and ‘Buboy’ tattooed in the different parts of his body.
Investigator PO3 Ryan Jay Balagtas of the Manila Police District (MPD)-Crimes Against Persons Investigation Section (CAPIS) said the victim was found at around 2 a.m. under the Jones Bridge at Muelle dela Industria in Binondo, by tricycle driver Raymond Ocampo, 17.
Ocampo reported the matter to the police and on investigation, it turned out that the victim’s whole face had been covered with duct tape and that he bore strangulation marks.
