Kasong kurapsyon vs Tinga umuusad na


HABANG  mainit ang isyu ng mga kasong katiwalian  laban kina dating Pangulong Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo at Chief Justice Renato Corona, umusad na din ang kasong kurapsyon laban sa isang dating mahistrado na malapit  din  kay GMA.

Si dating Supreme Court Associate Justice Dante Tinga ay kasalukuyang nahaharap sa kasong kriminal sa Ombudsman dahil diumano sa “land grabbing” nung siya ay congressman pa ng Taguig-Pateros.

Ayon kay Jovito Olazo, residente ng Taguig, at nagsampa ng kaso laban kay Tinga, minaniobra diumano ni Tinga ang lupa ng mga Olazo upang mapunta sa kamag-anak nitong si Jeffrey Rodriguez.

“Noon pong congressman pa (1987-1998) ng Taguig-Pateros si DOT, umupo po siya bilang miyembro ng Committee on Awards na siyang namamahagi ng mga lupa sa bisa ng Proclamation Nos. 2476 at 172. Ang mga lupang ito na sakop ng Lower Bicutan, Western Bicutan at Signal Village ay inilaan ng batas para sa mga magsasaka at residente ng mga barangay na ito.

Pero po sa halip na isulong ni DOT ang karapatan ng mga magsasaka at residente ng Lower Bicutan, Western Bicutan at Signal Village, ang kapakanan niya ang kanyang inasikaso. Wala siyang pakialam kahit may malinaw na conflict of interest sa kanyang pagiging miyembro ng Committee on Awards at pagiging congressman at abogado. Sa katunayan, siya pa mismo ang sumusulat o pumipirma gamit ang letterhead ng Kongreso bilang resibo sa kanyang mga imoral at illegal na transakyon sa lupa.”    Marlon Purificacion
