Posible, pagdalaw ni GMA sa burol


POSIBLENG pahintulutan ng hukuman si dating Pangulo at ngayon ay Pampanga Congresswoman Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo na makadalaw  sa burol ng kanyang bayaw na si Negros Representative Ignacio “Iggy” Arroyo nang hindi tumutol ang mga tagausig ng Commission on Elections (Comelec) sa ginawang pagdinig sa Pasay City Regional Trial Court (RTC) kahapon.

Sa kanyang pahayag kay Pasay RTC Judge Jesus Mupas ng Branch 112, sinabi ni Atty. Maria Juana Valeza ng Comelec na bilang respeto sa tradisyon ng mga Filipino, hindi na nila tututulan ang kahilingan ni Gng. Arroyo na madalaw, makiramay at makipaglibing sa kanyang bayaw bagama’t kinakailangan aniya na ibigay muna ng kampo ng akusado ang mga detalye sa burol ng kongresista.

Idinugtong pa niya na bagama’t hindi nila ito tinututulan, ipauubaya naman nila ang pagpapasiya kay Judge Mupas kung pahihintulutan si Gng. Arroyo na makadalaw at makipaglibing sa namayapang bayaw.

Hindi kaagad nagpalabas ng resolusyon ang korte sa hirit ni Gng. Arroyo dahil hindi naman nakapagsumite ang kanyang abogadong si Atty. Benjamin Santos kung kailan at saan ibuburol at ililibing ang kongresista.  Jojo Sadiwa
