A fresh graduate is fighting for his life when he was shot by riding-in-tandem robbers infront of his girlfriend when he refused to give his expensive cellphone in Mandaluyong City the other night.
The victim, identified as Romel Bryan Dacanay, of South Sikap St., Bgy Plainview, said city, is under observation at the Mandaluyong Medical Center due to a gunshot wound in the abdomen and went through his thigh.

The victim and his girlfriend, Kartina Cruz, were walking when two suspects riding on a black Yamaha MIO Scooter suddenly stopped behind them.
One of the suspects armed with cal. .45 revolver declared a holdup and grabbed Dacanay’s cellphone.
