TWO drug suspects were killed while two others were arrested in a separate buy-bust operations Tuesday night in Quezon City.

Acting Quezon City Police District (QCPD) director Senior Supt. Guillermo Lorenzo T. Eleazar identified the slain suspects as Ronaldo Sadiosa Jr., 22, of Union Homes, Bgy. 167, Caloocan City; and a certain “Ron Ron”, about 20-25 years old. The two were reportedly known drug couriers, operating in Villareal Subd., Bgy Gulod, Novaliches.
    
The two arrested drug suspects were identified as Alberto Barbado and Norman Serrano, both of Bgy. Nagkaisang Nayon, Novaliches. They are on the drug watchlist of PS-4.
    
A report gathered from the QCPD-Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit said that at 7:55 p.m. of Nov. 15, QCPD PS-4 operatives led by Insp. Randy M. Llanderal, conducted a buy-bust operation against Barbado and Serrano, resulting in the apprehension of the two.
    
The operatives confiscated from them three heat-sealed plastic sachets of shabu and the marked P500 bill.
    
During interrogation, the arrested suspects revealed the identity and location of their drug suppliers.
    
At about 8:30 p.m. of same date, a follow-up operation was conducted at St. James, Nagkaisang Nayon, Novaliches, resulting in the death of Sadiosa Jr. and “Ron Ron.”
    
Report said the same PS-4 operatives conducted a buy-bust operation against the suspects. However, the suspects sensed the presence of the policemen and fired at the operatives. A brief gunfight ensued, resulting in the serious wounding of the suspects. They were pronounced dead on arrival at Novaliches District Hospital by Dr. Hendrick Klein Acosta, the attending physician.
 
A Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO) team, led by Senior Insp. Nelson C. Sta. Maria, and CIDU operatives recovered at the crime scene a caliber .357 Magnum Smith and Wesson loaded with four live ammunition, a Colt MK4 cal. .45 pistol with magazine loaded with two live ammunition, five fired cartridge cases, a deformed bullet, five plastic sachetss of shabu, two small plastic containers with 42 rolled aluminum foil strips, a digital weighing scale, a disposable lighter, and P500 marked money.
    
At the morgue of Novaliches District Hospital, four plastic sachets of shabu were recovered from Sadiosa’s right short pants pocket and six small plastic sachets of shabu from alias Ron Ron’s right short pants pocket.
