THE body of teenage boy believed to have drowned in the river was fished out in Tullahan River yesterday morning in Malabon City.

Malabon Police Women and Children’s Protection Desk (WCPD) head Senior Insp. Rosilit Avila said the victim, described as about 13 to 14 years old, was fished out by Malabon City Rescue Team at 7:05 a.m. in Tullahan River in Bgy. Tinajeros.
