THE Manila Regional Trial Court Branch 32 is set to hear today the urgent motion for release on bail filed by the three consultants of the National Democratic Front-Communist Party of the Philippines (NDF-CPP) so they can attend the peace talks in Oslo, Norway.

It was learned that the hearing will be held at around 8 a.m. for the motion filed by spouses Wilma and  Benito Tiamzon and their associate Adel Silva before the sala of MTRC Branch 32 Judge Thelma Bunyi-Medina.

The three are facing multiple murder charges in connection with a mass grave found in Leyte in 2006.

Yesterday, the Tiamzons attended a hearing during which the prosecution presented its evidence against all three accused.
