CONTROVERSIAL cosmetic surgeon and celebrity Dr. Vicki Belo will be spending Valentine’s Day all by herself, away from the country,  the intrigues surrounding her lovelife and longtime boyfriend cum fiancé Hayden Kho.

This seems to be the case after Belo, whose name in the passport is Ma. Victoria Henares, left the country Sunday evening without any fanfare and with Kho nowhere in sight.

Instead, Belo, clad in blouse and pants, was travelling with a female companion identified as Marife Mordido.

Belo politely declined requests for interview and for her photos to be taken, as she waited at the passengers’ lounge at the NAIA Centennial Terminal.

She boarded a Philippine Airlines flight PR-102 bound for Los Angeles California and based on her ticket, she is due to be back in the country on February 18 via PR-103.

Only recently, Belo’s controversial relationship with Kho once again hogged the headlines after Belo, in her twitter, told former showbiz personality Nancy Castiliogne that she can now openly date Kho, even wishing for them to be happy.

Kho has denied any relationship with Castiliogne who, similarly, denied anything going on between her and Kho.

This is not the first time that the Belo-Kho relationship has become rocky owing to a third party.  Kho’s relationship with actress Katrina Halili and the attendant sex video scandal featuring both has triggered a Senate inquiry and eventually cost him his license to practice medicine.

Belo and Kho split up as a result but later, Kho apologized and Belo forgave and took him back.
