DAHIL sa “ultimatum” sa pulisya ni Caloocan City Mayor Enrico “Recom” Echiverri ay naaresto na ng mga awtoridad ang suspek na pumatay sa isang biyuda at sumaksak sa tatlo pa nitong anak sa naturang lungsod noong Lunes ng madaling araw.
Ang suspek na kasalukuyang nakapiit sa detention cell ng Caloocan City police habang nahaharap sa patung-patong na kaso ay nakilalang si Ivan Lou Climaco, 28, ng 539 Libis Reparo St., Baesa, Bgy. 161, ng nasabing lungsod.
Personal na ipinagkaloob ni Echiverri ang P100,000 reward sa hindi na pinangalanang nagturo at kumilala sa suspek na naging dahilan ng mabilisan nitong pagkakaaresto.
Hindi na umabot sa Manila Central University (MCU) Hospital sanhi ng mga tinamong saksak sa katawan si Ana Aguilio, 46, kapitbahay ng suspek, habang nasa kritikal na kalagayan ang mga anak nitong sina Justine Anne, 15; Arvin John, 13, at Alfer John, 11, na nagkaroon din ng mga saksak sa iba’t ibang bahagi ng katawan.
Sasagutin ni Echiverri ang gagastusin sa libing ni Ana habang tutulong din ang alkalde sa mga gagastusin sa pagamutan ng tatlo pa nitong anak na patuloy pa ring inoobserbahan.
Ayon kay Sr. Supt. Jude Wilson Santos, hepe ng Caloocan City police, naganap ang insidente dakong 4:40 ng madaling araw sa loob ng bahay ng mga biktima kung saan ay puwersahang pumasok ang suspek sa bintana ng bahay ng pamilya Aguilio.
