THE Manila Regional Trial Court has issued a warrant for the arrest of Gapan, Nueva Ecija Mayor Ernesto Natividad in connection with the murder of brothers Ericson and Ebertson Pascual and three others some six years ago.
The arrest warrant was issued by Judge Felixberto Olalia of Branch 8, who also ordered that the National Bureau of Investigation and other law enforcement agencies be furnished a copy of the said warrant.
Natividad is facing multiple murder charges in connection with the murder of the Pascuals inside a cockpit owned by their family on March 20, 2006.
No bail has been recommended for Natividad’s provisional liberty in case he gets arrested.
It was learned that a P1 million reward has been put up for Natividad by the Pascual family.
Also facing charges in connection with the said crime are Natividad’s brother Romeo and a certain Ricardo Peralta, allegedly the killer that was hired for the ‘job.’
