Suspect Herbert Dionisio Bautista, 30, was arrested by members of the Rizal Provincial Highway Patrol Team headed by Chief Insp. Mark Joseph Laygo in his residence on T. Oldan Street, Bgy. San Isidro, Antipolo City, said PNP-HPG director Chief Supt. Leonardo A. Espina.
