PINAGPAPALIWANAG ni Parañaque Regional Trial Court (RTC) Judge Fortunito Madrona ang abogado ng pamilya Bautista dahil sa umano’y pagbubulgar nito kung saan matatagpuan ang sinasabing ‘safehouse’ ng aktres na si Janelle Manahan.
Sinabi ni Atty. Argee Guevarra, abogado ni Manahan, na nagpadala ng kopya ng pleading si Atty. Jeffrey Gepte sa mismong safehouse ng aktres, sa halip na ipadala ito sa law office niya kamakailan.
Dagdag ng abogado, nabigyan din ng kopya ng naturang pleading ang mga akusado sa pagpatay sa aktor na si Ramgen Revilla, kabilang na ang mga kapatid nito na sina Ramon Joseph (RJ) at Ragelyn Gail Bautista.
Dahil dito, nangangamba na si Manahan at ang kampo nito sa kaligtasan ng dalaga, na kasalukuyang nasa ilalim ng Witness Protection Program (WPP) ng Department of Justice (DOJ).
Nauna nang inihayag ng kampo ng mga Bautista na mahahanap nila si Manahan, kahit saan man ito magtago.
Kahapon ay tinalakay ang mosyon ng proseksyusyon na ikansela ang pasaporte ni Ma. Ramona “Mara” Bautista, na siya umanong isa sa mga utak ng pagpatay sa kanilang panganay na kapatid. Jojo Sadiwa
