NAGSASAGAWA ngayon ang National Capital Region-Land Transportation Office (NCR-LTO) ng programa upang lalong mapaigting pa ang paglilingkod sa publiko.
Ayon kay NCR-LTO Director Atty. Teofilo Guadiz III, ang seminar na Performance Evaluation System (PES) ay bahagi ng programa ng Department of Transportation and Communications at LTO upang lalo pang mapaigting ang serbisyo sa publiko bilang mga public servants.
Nauna nang sumalang ang lahat ng mga district chiefs ng LTO nitong nakaraang Sabado na ginawa sa Bulwagang Edu ng LTO-Central Office sa Diliman, Quezon City.
Sa susunod na schedule ang lahat naman ng mga assistant chiefs pagkatapos ay ang mga section chiefs hanggang sa ordinaryong mga empleyado naman ang sasalang sa seminar.
Ang PES-seminar ay pinamamahalaan ni Civil Service Commission (PES) Field Director Hanz Alcantara.
Sa nasabing seminar lalo pang hahasain ang talento at abilidad ng bawat empleyado ng LTO na gagamitin sa kanilang pagsisilbi sa publiko.
Kasabay nito bilang paglaban sa mga sindikato na pilit na nagrerehistro ng mga nakaw na sasakyan, isasalang din ng NCR-LTO sa isang comprehensive seminar ang lahat ng mga inspector evaluator ng ahensiya sa pangunguna ng presidente ng association na si Engineer Melencio “Mel” Moreno.
