A 25-YEAR-OLD man died after the motorcycle that he was driving rammed a Light Rail Transit concrete post in Caloocan City yesterday morning.

Traffic investigators said Rommel Castillo, of 2022 Tinagan St., Mauban, Quezon City, instantly died on the spot due to severe body and head injuries.

A report by PO2 Mario Quiambao said the incident occurred along Rizal Avenue Extension around 3:45 a.m.

Witnesses said the victim was on a high speed while driving his Rusi motorcycle (OD 8960) when he lost control and hit the LRT post.

“Ang lakas ng impact kaya tumilapon siya,” Quiambao said.
