YOUR diet plan is not working. However, you can still be skinny and look sexy. All you need are some tricks about dieting.
But of course, you need to follow the basic rule of eating breakfast, moderate eating and enough sleep. Here are some add-ons to do:
High heels can hurt. But they will instantly add sexiness to any outfit, regardless of the body that sits on top of them. They also make your legs look longer and you may appear thinner.
Beware of friends who are fat magnets. Be extra-aware of what you’re getting into when you hang out with friends who aren’t as savvy as you.
You must have your own signature style. Everything you put on your body gives off signals that can captivate a room or turn people off. So rock the clothing that gets you the most compliments and makes you feel good, even if it’s a V-neck shirt you bought last year.
When it comes to meals, spend a moment with it. If you chow down while watching TV, you will end up consuming more. Remember that eating is something you do when you’re hungry - not when you’re weepy, bored, fidgety, or drunk. Avoid being an emotional eater.
When walking down the grocery aisle, avoid picking the processed foods in a box, can, or wrapper. The fewer preservatives, MSG, additives, and chemicals on food, the healthier it is.
Always remember to police yourself. There’s nothing more effective than to instill self-discipline when it comes to food portions.
Not all healthy foods are healthy. A bowl of vegetable salad is perfect but if it is laden with eggs, bacon, croutons, creamy dressing, it is no longer wholesome.
Always choose fat burners, not fats. Some magical foods actually satisfy you, for various reasons. Always incorporate in your diet grapefruit, apples, olive oil, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, lecithin, garlic, berries, and almonds.
