IF it seems your diet plan is not working, there could be something wrong with your diet process.
Your desire to be skinny and sexy can still be attained - all you need are some tricks about dieting. But of course, you still need to follow the basic rule: Eat a decent breakfast, don’t deprive yourself of your absolute favorite foods, and get tons of sleep. But here are some add-ons you can do:
* Take your time. When it comes to meals, spend a moment with it. If you chow down while watching your favorite TV, you will end up consuming more. Remember that eating is something you do when you’re hungry - not when you're weepy, bored, fidgety, or drunk. Avoid being emotional eater.
* Avoid processed foods. When walking down the grocery isle, avoid picking the processed foods in a box, can, or wrapper. The fewer preservatives, additives, and chemicals a food has, the healthier it is.
* You may need to wear heels. High heels can hurt. But they will instantly add sexiness to any outfit, regardless of the body that sits on top of them. They also make your legs look longer and you may appear thinner.
* Beware of friends who are fat magnets. When your friends orders French fries at lunch, you can't help but steal some of hers, or even order your own. Be extra-aware of what you're getting into when you hangout with friends who aren't as savvy as you.
There’s nothing more effective than to instill self-discipline when it comes to food portions. So the next time you’re about to down delicious food, keep in mind that “the clean plate club” is one group you don't want to be in.
Of course healthy foods are truly healthy but there are hidden dangers to it. You decide to make a salad for lunch. So into your bowl goes crisp spinach, shredded carrots, and cherry tomatoes. But you laden your salad with eggs, bacon, croutons, creamy dressing. Remember, a word “salad” doesn’t mean it’s wholesome.
Always choose fat burners, not fats. Some magical foods actually satisfy you, for various reasons. Add these to your shopping list and incorporate them into your diet: grapefruit, apples, olive oil, flaxseeds, sunflower seeds, lecithin, garlic, and almonds.
