4 pusher fall, 2 give up in Tarlac, P’panga

TARLAC City, Tarlac -- A suspected drug pusher was arrested in a buy-bust operation recently while a man and a woman voluntarily gave themselves up to the police in three towns here.

In Bgy. Buenaventura in Pura town, Senior Supt. Westrimundo Obinque identified the arrested suspect as Edgar Valdez, 47, of Victoria town, who sold P500 worth of shabu to a poseur-buyer.

A heat-sealed plastic sachet of suspected shabu was confiscated from the suspect.

At the police station in Santa Ignacia town, Nambalan Barangay Captain Gloria Molina assisted one Noel Gulloy, 43, who decided to voluntarily surrendered and expressed his willingness to undertake rehabilitation. The suspect signed a “Salaysay ng boluntaryong pagpapasailalim at pansamantalang pa-ngagalaga” affidavit.

In Bgy. Cutcut, Capas town, one Estrelita Yandan, 37, voluntarily surrendered to local police.
Meanwhile, in Mabalacat City in nearby Pampanga, three women and a man were arrested for drug pushing.
Supt. Juritz Rara identified the suspects as Blesida Angos, 32, Nympha Compahinay, 43, Vilma Pamintuan, 52, and Nomrer Gonzales, 54.
The four were arrested in a buy-bust operation conducted in Barangay Dau where they sold shabu for P500 to a poseur-buyer.
Confiscated from the suspects, who are facing charges for violation of Republic Act 9165, were nine plastic sachets of suspected shabu.
